• Stop your “Stagecoach” at Exchange Place, a restored farm complex along the Old Stage Road. Early travelers exchanged their Virginia currency for Tennessee money and tired horses for fresh ones. Visit the many original buildings and others restored according to historical records.  Now held in trust by the Netherland Inn/Exchange Place Association, Inc., Exchange Place is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
• Ready for a trail ride? Take the Kingsport Greenway Trail, an 8 mile path from the Exchange place to the confluence of the North and South Forks of the Holston River.
• Enjoy lunch in Kingsport and make your decision – ready for another 10 or 25 miles? Take the 10 mile town loop, stopping along the way to visit the Netherland Inn and downtown shops – or continue on for a metric century!
• Sunday is Bike Virginia Talent Show night! Bring your props and entertain cycling friends. Our night will conclude with a performance by the infamous Bike Virginia Singing Cyclists.
