Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests made in writing before May 1st, will be refunded less a $25 processing fee per person.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted after May 1st. NO refunds for any reason will be made after the cancellation cut-off date. If you must cancel, you may substitute another rider and submit their signed registration form and waiver.

If a member of an eight person team cancels, it is the responsibility of the team captain to replace that member in order to maintain their team discount. If the team member is not replaced, the remaining team members will forfeit their discount and will be required to pay the additional $20 per person to bring their registration fee to the non-discounted fee of $250.

We highly recommend that you protect your travel investment with an inexpensive Travel Protection Plan. You can purchase a Travel Protection Plan from any travel agent or purchase it on-line at www.mckayinsagency.com/Content/iTravel.aspx. Just follow the directions to receive a quote. You probably only want the cancellation insurance (we haven't lost any luggage yet!).
