Arriving to Bike Virginia by air and plan to ship your bike? Bikes may be shipped to our secure location:

Bikes must arrive by Tuesday, June 17th. We will transport your bike to the John Battle High School tent city. They will be at our Hospitality Tent for you to pick-up and assemble. If you prefer, Bike Stop, will assemble your bike for you. Please contact them to arrange for this service:

Bikes will be shipped back to you on Thursday, June 28th, from our secure location. Please prepay for the return shipping before coming to Bike Virginia. They may be shipped via Federal Express or UPS.
