Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests made in writing
before April 15th will be refunded less a $25 processing fee
per person. NO refunds for any reason will be made after April
15th. If you must cancel after April 15th, you may substitute
another rider and submit their signed registration form and
waiver.
If a member of an eight person team
cancels, it is the responsibility of the team captain to replace
that member in order to maintain their team discount. If the
team member is not replaced, the remaining team members will
forfeit their discount and will be required to pay the additional
$25 per person to bring their registration fee to the non-discounted
fee of $230.
We strongly recommend
cancellation insurance. You can purchase Travel Insurance
from any travel agent or purchase it on-line at www.travelex-insurance.com.
They provide a Plan Wizard which will assist you in determining
the plan that is right for you.
You probably only
want the cancellation insurance (we haven't lost any luggage
yet!). Just navigate to the site listed above, click on Browse
Plans and then fill in the fields to the left in the Plan
Wizard to best choose the insurance package you need.
