Shipping Your Bike

Please follow these steps to guarantee the delivery and return shipment of your bike for Bike Virginia 2006 - Tour de Love.

1. Ship your bike to: Kim Callis, c/o Town of South Hill, 211 South Mecklenburg Avenue, South Hill, VA 23970, (434) 447-3191. Bikes must arrive in South Hill no later than 4:30pm on Thursday, June 22nd. Please contact your carrier to confirm the delivery date and time.
2. Include a completed UPS Ground shipping form (brown shipping forms are available at all UPS stores) for return shipping with your bike. Additional forms will be available on Bike Virginia at our Hospitality Tent. Credit card information must be included to cover the cost of return shipping.
3. On the outside of the box, indicate if you would like Bike Stop to assemble/disassemble your bike for a fee or if we should deliver the box for you to assemble. Either the box will be delivered to Park View High School (Tent City) or your assembled bike with your name on the bike will be delivered to Park View High School (Tent City) .
4. Upon your return to South Hill on Wednesday, June 28th, please check-in at our Hospitality Tent to retrieve your box. After your bike has been disassembled and boxed, Bike Virginia will transport the bikes to the nearest UPS pick-up center for return delivery. Bike Stop will be available on-site to disassemble and box your bike for a fee.
