Online registration for Bike Virginia 2005 is now available. Our newly designed online registration form is the simplest and quickest way to register yourself or your entire family.

Late registration period begins April 18th.

Note: When registering multiple people, simply click the Register Another button at the bottom of the page to register more than one person with one checkout.

Please download the 2005 Release and Assumption of Risk form.

Note: When registering online, all registrants must sign and date the 2005 Release and Assumption of Risk form and either mail or fax the completed form to our Williamsburg office.

Important Notice: Due to the overwhelming response from both new and returning cyclists, the Valley Byways Tour has become the most anticipated tour in the history of Bike Virginia. Therefore, Bike Virginia would like to extend our late registration date. Our current date of April 15th will be extended to the close of business on Monday, April 18th ; after which a $25 late fee will be assessed to each registration received. Do not delay in registering for Bike Virginia 2005. Registrations will be accepted via mail, fax, or online.

Registrations for Bike Virginia 2005 – Valley Byways Tour are currently being accepted. Just download, complete and print the 2005 registration form and fax or mail the form with payment to Bike Virginia.

Changes requested to registrations after 72 hours from the time of processing are subject to a $5 administrative fee.

Check-in Procedures

All pre-registered cyclists should report to our "Check-in area" upon their arrival at Bike Virginia 2005.  Please read our Check-in Instructions and Procedures for more details.
