What is the first thing I should do?
Read through the Bike Virginia website! We'll
offer you some tips gleaned from cyclsists on previous Bike
Virginia tours so that you can plan your week of biking and
relaxing. Your week will be much more enjoyable if you and
your bike are prepared, mentally and physically, for the rigors
of a week of cycling 60 miles or so a day. If you still have
