The terrain for the 17th Annual Bike Virginia
includes gently rolling hills as we will be riding in
the Shenandoah Valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There
are climbs to challenge intrepid cyclists such as the
ascent over Kings Crossing to Fort Valley on our Century
Route on Tuesday, but overall the terrain consists of
lots of rolling hills punctuated by flatter stretches
along the base of the mountains. On a scale of 1 (easy)
to 10 (difficult) Bike Virginia rates the tour a "6".
